Hi, I'm back as I need help from my fellow MNers... i changed my name as the other one reminded me of the due sept/oct groups I was in. I am 37, TTC#1, had a m/c earlier this year with surgical management start of march. My cycles before were 20-25 days. My last cycle (after all the bleeding stopped) was 32 days. I'm on 36 days now and I don't have much going on down there apart from an odd occasional flutter.
I've come down with a kidney infection this week, been on ABs which thankfully kicked in today and brought my temp down before I had to go to a&e (last year I was admitted for 3 days for the same) I did a pg test last Sunday- negative, had a pack of 2 so did another one today- VVVVV faint positive (the kind that doesn't show up in photos) - did another one - I think.... VVVVV faint line- photo attached... what do you think??
Had to see the doc anyway, he did another one while I was there and also a faint line. He doesn't think it's ectopic as he gave a good feel and I def have pain in my kidney and not my uterus, and thinks I'm just pg as well as the infection.
I can't be convinced as I'm not getting my hopes up until I see a skull on an u/s...but I presume I should stop drinking coffee and wine now just in case.
Funny thing is we have two frozen embryos waiting to transfer, we were waiting for my period to start the process of that this next cycle... when I found I was pg last time we were waiting again and we've just got over the pg/mc and decided this is the cycle we're ready to try, this is our first round of ivf as ttc for over 2 years ...
I'm worried for this late, the line should be darker....
