Cycle all over the place following losses - do I keep tracking ovulation?

I don't know what's happening to my body following two losses.

Since my miscarriage in January I have lost all ovulation / PMS symptoms (sore boobs etc) but with OPKs I was still testing ovulation at CD 12 and a cycle of 25 days which was normal for me.

After my latest chemical loss - my last cycle I ovulated CD 15 (with ovulation symptoms such as cramps and EWCM) and had a 28 day cycle.

This cycle I am currently on CD 15 and have no signs of ovulation- my OPKs have been steady (not high / peak... just the same every day), no EWCM (in fact I am quite dry down there). I don't test BBT.

What's wrong with me? I am distraught that my body seems to be failing me! I've been feeling exhausted and generally malaise since my period so I don't know if that's related.

Do I keep testing with OPKs this month or admit defeat?

I always ovulated mid cycle day day 12 to 14 I had a Chemical in beginning of April and my two cycles after I have ovulated day 21 which also pushed my cycles to 35 days. So the chemical changed them a lot for me x

I had a miscarriage then cycle was all over the place. I did eventually conceive during a cycle where I was undergoing blood tests at the doctors prior to seeing infertility specialist. According to those results I did not ovulate that cycle - but they were wrong and she is now 22! So OPKs and even medical blood tests do not work for everyone. I would give yourself a break from testing and not focus on one short window. Instead try and improve your odds with regular sex over your whole cycle - does not need to be every day!

No solution, sorry, just wanted to say I'm in the same boat but it was a MMC that screwed my cycle up.

I had a CP I January and conceived immediately following it. I usually ovulated day 12/13/13 but I ovulated day 16 after the CP. Really not a big difference.

Since my MMC in March, I've yet to ovulate at all. I've only had two periods and they were only 18 days apart. I'm having blood tests on Monday to see what my hormones are doing.

So rubbish isn't it!! I had a MMC in January and I think my cycles came back normally... so I was shocked when my cycles seem all over the shop for "just a CP"

Wow. We have similar stories! Beginning on January a I had a MMC at 9 weeks. From the my cycles seems normal and ovulated mid cycle. But I had a CP then it messed it all up!

I’m currently 2 DPO and hoping for the best !
