Line progression - is this a chemical pregnancy?

Hi all

I got my BFP on Sunday (11 DPO) and tested yesterday and today. Today’s line looks much lighter 😞 I’ll attach a photo of the lines in order.

The first two (11&12 DPO) I took with FMU. The last one (13 DPO) I did at 11am. Does it look like a chemical pregnancy? Is there any point in me taking a digital?

I told myself I wouldn’t keep testing but I just got in my own head. Now I feel really anxious 😫

for context - this is cycle 1 of TTC baby number 2. Baby 1 was conceived on cycle 2

What time did you have your FMU today?

Yogagirl18 · 04/06/2024 14:23

About 4am. Then I probably went another 2-
3 times before doing the test

if it's not FMU then i don't think you can compare. in addition these aren't really meant to be used in this way. any number of things can affect how dark the line is. please stop stressing

Thanks. Probs was a bit silly of me to test at a different time of day 🙈

Yes If you’d already had a few wees in the morning then your urine wouldn’t be very concentrated so try not to stress ☺️ I know it’s hard to resist the urge to stop testing!

Update - took a test today with FMU and line is much darker. Lesson learnt for me not to compare tests if they’re not done at same time of day. Still early days but a relief.

Ok time to step away from the tests now! 🙈
