Apart from having lots of sex I mean

We have been trying for 10 months and nothing has happened yet, what else can I do?

We have 2 children already so we know it "can" happen, it just isn't for us this time

Any tips would be very welcomed

i use clearblue fertility monitor and it tells me the 3-4 days prior to ov and 2 days after ov. so all in all, it is about a week of busy busy BD.

but i like the idea of a holiday too!

Pillow under the bum for 30mins after sex. Tilts your pelvis and helps sperm on their way.
A friend tried reflexology and acupuncture to help with relaxation and finally got pregnant after 6 years of trying and 7 attempts at IVF.

Hello, i'm pretty new to this site but here goes. I was trying for my first for nearly 3 years, and had suffered bad with irregularity.
I started working for a herbal company and after being there well over a year it suddenly hit me Agnus Castus. Not sure about anyones views on supplements but even though i worked for the company i thought they were a load of rubbish and it was all in peoples head that they were beneficial.
It's got a general use for ladies going through the change however can lengthen short cycles and and shorten long ones. Also meant to increase fertility for those ladies defficient in particular hormones - can't remember which now.
So 2 months on this Agnus Castus there we were a baby in the making. Sorry if this is completely useless just thought i'd share as i know how frustrating it can be.

I used a Persona monitor (designed as a method of contraception). Each month, it tells you all the days when you're likely to be fertile. Worked immediately for me both times?
