Could this be a chemical pregnancy? (Line progression)

I’m currently 13dpo. Late in the evening at 10dpo, I had period-like cramps that I later realised were implantation cramps. At 11dpo, I tested with FMU and had an incredibly faint line (almost not visible). Within 15 minutes of that test, I started to get implantation bleeding, which was more of a light brown-ish discharge. It’s been on and off and only the tiniest amount. I tested again at 12dpo and it was still a very faint line, but slightly darker. This morning, at 13dpo, I had to use a Clear Blue as I was out of FRER, and I got a faint but darker line. I have early pregnancy symptoms that come and go, like back pain, sore breasts, fatigue, and nausea. I plan to test again tomorrow morning, but this is so unusual for me that I’m afraid it’s a chemical pregnancy.

With DC1 and DC2, I had BFPs by 14dpo, although I think implantation occurred around 7dpo both times.

Really wondering if anyone has had similar test results and what the outcome was.

Sorry I don’t think anyone will be able to confirm for job if it’s chemical or not. I would try hold off testing for a few days and wait until you’re officially late for your period. I know it’s hard but it might then come out a darker line.

With my first pregnancy I had a dark line straight away. With my second I had the faintest of tests, even at 6 weeks pregnant you could barely see the line. I had on and off brown spotting for weeks but my baby is a very healthy 3 month old now so faint lines and spotting doesn’t always mean chemical.

🤞🤞 for you.

That's good to hear you only had faint lines with your second little one. I also had brown spotting for weeks with DC2, so I almost found the spotting to be reassuring this time. I've never had a faint positive test before, so it's certainly rattled me and made me quite nervous.
