I had a MMC in October at 12 weeks and following that my 28 day cycle had dropped to 25/26 days
I am thinking that’s why I’ve not conceived again since but I am just 40 now
anyhow this month I am back to 28 days
this is what I done differently this month in case anyone is trying to do the same
- walked most days, everyday school drop off and pick up unless pissing down
- ate pineapple core at ovulation
- read it starts with the egg and took daily coq10, vitamin. B complex
- vitamin d ( gel capsules soluble)
- methyl folate
- maca root
- tumeric
- ate randomly a load of pistachios
- stopped drinking Coca Cola completely
