Can anyone interpret my partners sperm anaylasis and is it normal?

can Anyone help whilst waiting for my appointment, are his results good?

Have the results not been explained to you?

His sperm concentration is low as is the % of normal forms.
Probably needs to be repeated in 3 months and no tight boxers, no baths, abstain prior to sample for accurate result

I'd be wondering what the comments section was all about?
Sounds like it might have been an incomplete sample (whatever that actually is) but when he heard it would be rejected he said it was complete.....

If there was an issue with the sample then I the results may not even be accurate anyway

Did he lie about the sample. It looks like it. And looks like they know it too.

No as not yet been seen I recieved by post. How bad are they?? :(
