4dpo today. Anyone fancy sharing Premom cycle charts?

TTC #1, fourth-ish cycle of properly trying. Was feeling all patient yesterday, and now I'm not 😆 Keep looking at my own Premom chart and hoping we did everything right this month. So to alleviate my mental gymnastics, does anyone fancy sharing their own Premom cycle charts?

Here's mine:

@OnePinkDuck I think I see a possible implication dip in your bbt.

CTak · 24/05/2024 17:56

@OnePinkDuck Yours looks like mine when I attempted to track BBT for one cycle 😂Lovely peak mind you!

@emmatcc1 Looks like it, but perfect BD-ing over your fertile week so got my fingers crossed for you 🙏

First baby for either of you?

Have either of you guys tried the Ferti Lily? We tried it for the first time this cycle. Comical! Need to know if there are any tips or tricks to it 😆

@CTak I used conceive plus lube for the first time this cycle.
I think the best way to put the cup in is to turn it around like an umbrella and push it all the way in to the cervix and then pull on that long stick to turn it back up into a cup.

CTak · 24/05/2024 18:18

@emmatcc1 Ah we used that for the first time this cycle too! Found it very good - not too runny and helped with the DTD fatigue.

I've been trying the umbrella method but it simply doesn't want to flip back into a cup 😬 always feels like trying that is going to pull it out or snap the stick. I've been going to the loo after lying down for a bit and attempting to poke it into submission. Either way I'm sure it will help the chances regardless, at least it's keeping the troops congregated up there.

@CTak Have you tried folding it like a menstrual cup?

Looks like you did everything right! 🤞🏼 for you this month! The wait is agonising..

Here’s mine so far this month, my cycles have been all over the place this year (32, 42 & 49 days). This is my first month using these tests & app. Had hormone testing done by GP & got an internal scan tomorrow to test for PCOS. We conceived first month trying with our daughter who’s nearly 3. But no idea what’s going on with my cycles now 😫

yes my bbt is somewhat chaotic!!! I’m using Apple Watch because I’m terrible in the mornings and never remember to do it the moment I wake up, whereas Apple Watch does it automatically for you. Not sure if that’s why it’s so crazy.

@CTak I get what you mean about constantly looking at the chart, I’m the same. I really quite like looking at others charts as well, prefer it to squinted lines, I can never see what everyone else seems to 😂

Yours looks lovely @emmatcc1 looks like peak was 18th based on temps and OPK
I was having left sided punching last night and diarrhoea yesterday (normally constipated in luteal phase), but not holding out much hope this cycle. I just don’t feel pregnant.

2nd baby for me. First one was a whoopsie so my first time doing all the TTC bits, but I’m much older now at 38. Also the symptom spotting is crazy! For my first I tested two days before my period was due because I just knew I was pregnant. I remember running into Superdrug to get a nurofen for headache and as I walked down the contraception aisle I had this overwhelming urge to buy a test. Haven’t felt anything like that since we started trying for number 2.

interested to hear if you are successful with the fertilily, I keep looking at it on the boots website, has some really positive reviews.

@BlueEyes90 hopefully your scan answers some questions. If PCOS at least you know and can take steps to do something about it. How was your hormone profile?
My cycles changed after DS, used to be exactly 28 days and always blessed with very light cycles. Then periods took a year to come back due to breastfeeding. Short cycles of 24/25 days since then, and no improvement since I stopped bf in December which I had thought was the reason. Recently realised my luteal phase is short, so taking proceive max this month for the first time to try and help.

They’ve put the results in the same appointment & the receptionist won’t tell me anything lol so got to wait until next Friday to find out..

Its weird how things change after birth/breastfeeding. Nobody tells you these things. Hope everything falls into place for you - it’s difficult when there’s so many supplements etc out there but then you also read about them messing with people’s cycles too much too. I bought Maca and evening primrose oil but now holding off until results come through. Let us know if proceive helps you!

OnePinkDuck · 24/05/2024 22:08

@BlueEyes90 can you not access them on the NHS app or patientknowsbest? That’s annoying having to wait!

I went for proceive for the exact reason that everyone seemed to be complaining that it made their cycles longer 😂 there were a few ingredients in it I wanted like inositol, b6 etc, and I’m a wimp and can’t swallow tablets so the dispensable formulation works for me (if not a rather vile taste)

So annoying! But I don’t have anywhere I can access them.. I’ll be asking the person doing the scan lots of questions!

Ahh that makes sense! Fingers crossed it works like it has on others!

OnePinkDuck · 25/05/2024 07:56

@BlueEyes90 hope your scan goes ok today.

BBT back up today.

BBT back up today.

Thank you. She said there was fluid in my womb but didn’t explain that.. and also lots of cysts, she seemed surprised I hadn’t been diagnosed before. So now it’s a waiting game to find out what the doc says.. and also worrying about why there’s fluid

CTak · 25/05/2024 18:59

Sorry @BlueEyes90, that's rubbish news. Trying to be optimistic, at least you'll now have an idea of what you're working with. Hope you're able to sit down with the doc soon.

@OnePinkDuck Your BBT is so up and down it may as well be at Alton Towers!

5dpo here, and already climbing the walls wanting to know. Doesn't help that my cycles are 35/36 days long so I have to wait ages for my fertile window too 😑

Thank you. & that’s true, it was only because I went for reflexology she recommended asking to be tested!

Ugh I bet you’re climbing the walls! It’s all consuming isn’t it, hope you get to relax over the bank holiday & fingers crossed for testing time 🤞🏼

OnePinkDuck · 25/05/2024 20:17

😂😂😂 yes it’s crazy!

I’m planning to enjoy a few glasses of Prosecco tonight as a treat whilst I do spring cleaning 😭 hoping to finish the kitchen tonight, have done the bedrooms today.

Don’t know about the fluid in the womb, but all sounding a bit like PCOS 🤷‍♀️

OnePinkDuck · 26/05/2024 22:51

The chart that just keeps on giving 😂😂 a bit like tower of terror with those peaks and drops!

CTak · 27/05/2024 22:34

@BlueEyes90 Thanks lovely 😊 it's been a decently distracting weekend actually. Reorganised all my craft supplies (I've replaced alcohol with knitting!) and went shopping for more. How was your long weekend?

@OnePinkDuck 😂 I'm starting to think the clever idea to use the Apple Watch was better in theory than application. I'm the same mind you, could never remember to do it upon waking. Would always trundle to the loo or to the coffee machine and then realise halfway through the morning I'd forgotten to temp.

OP posts:
OnePinkDuck · 28/05/2024 05:57

Yea I think Apple Watch broadly reliable in terms of trend if you look at it over a few results but clearly not the best. I won’t ever be able to do it another way though and the other trackers you can wear are just too expensive.

this is how I’m currently looking and tested positive two days ago 🤞😬

Implantation dip or normal fluctuation (unusual for me).
I had an implantation dip with my first but it was low for 3 day and dipped all the way to 36.6. I did however have strong cramps on the day of dip and some intense stitch pains yesterday.

CTak · 28/05/2024 06:55

@OnePinkDuck 🎉 Congratulations!!!!! Oh that's lovely news. I wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy 😊

@emmatcc1 I had the same pains yesterday! Fingers crossed for us both, hopefully this is a lucky thread and we're all trotting out BFPs by June 😅

OP posts:
emmatcc1 · 28/05/2024 07:04

@CTak I normally have some pains around my ovaries but this time I have none of that. The stitch pains made me bend over in pain as they were so sudden and sharp.
Test this morning is negative.

BlueEyes90 · 28/05/2024 07:07

@CTak Glad you’ve kept yourself busy! Do you knit much? I bought some wool months ago but it’s still sitting there 😂 & the weekend has been nice thanks! Saw some family & friends and did abit of gardening. I did have a few drinks yesterday, according to my charts I ovulated a couple days ago but never know what to do 😫 especially with waiting for the doctors results!

@OnePinkDuck Ahh lovely news! Congratulations!! ✨

OnePinkDuck · 28/05/2024 09:44

@emmatcc1 So Thursday night I had left sided pinching pains. Then my BBT Friday morning showed a dip…. But my BBT is not reliable as you can see there are many dips. Then Friday I had pain on the right - but it was like a knowing pain going through to my hip. Since yesterday I’ve had generalised cramps that feel like menstrual cramps. So the dip with the pains sounds promising….

@CTak thankyou! Still very early days so not getting my hopes up yet. Maybe once my period is officially missed 😬😬
