Right, so I can't start this thread using anything like..."Here we go ladies!"

So, will have to come up with something completely different....

How about Congratulations Kay!

Thanks, I intend to!! G'night xxx

kayzisexpecting · 07/04/2008 18:44

He doesn't mind at all.

I will only eat healthy food during this pregnancy.

lardylumps · 07/04/2008 18:55

I have become a real snacker these days. I used to be so good about what I ate and was on the scales and at the gym all the time.

I haven?t been on my scales since Christmas and having been to the gym since I found out I was pg with dd.

lardylumps · 07/04/2008 20:10

night all I am off now...

kayzisexpecting · 07/04/2008 20:40

I'm here all alone

I am exhausted and ds is playing up and wont go to bed without screaming.

I will be going to the gym asap after having this one. I want to get back to being slim.

YouCantTeuchThis · 07/04/2008 21:24

Aw Kay...glad you have shared your news in RL...makes it all real. Look, yuor DS has only started walking...soon you will be running about after him .

Somedays I do not know why I am not built like a whippet (sp), I do so much bloody dancing, running, climbing, lifting, yada, yada...

T'is fecking freezing here...poor lambs

kayzisexpecting · 07/04/2008 21:32

Hi Teuch,

Have you got lots of snow?

DS took another couple of steps today but as soon as he realised what he was doing he sat down.

kayzisexpecting · 08/04/2008 07:42

Good morning!

I had evening sickness last night, it was horrible. I hope it was just a one of.

Hope eveyone is ok.

NatalieJane · 08/04/2008 07:47

Good morning

Gym? What's a gym? Never heard of it.......!

Places like that scare the hell out of me, everytime I have ventured into one there are 3 types of people, either people who obviously spend their whole life there with muscles the size of houses, or there are the obviously quite poorly ones who don't have a scrap of fat who are trying to loose that extra bit of something that isn't even there, or there are big fat lard arses who wobble all over the place, oh no, that is just me! And there is just too much sweat in these places for them to be healthy for you, worse than soft land, bleurghhhhhh!

It is snowing here again, don't know what the hell I am going to do with the boys, they were going out of their mind with boredom yesterday, how the hell am I supposed to keep them both entertained?!

Teuch, we need pics of new lambs Just so we can all do a big awwwwwww all together

kayzisexpecting · 08/04/2008 07:56

Build snowmen, have a snowball fight, get out sledges.

Yeah, we want pics of lambs

YouCantTeuchThis · 08/04/2008 07:58

Morning! Kay, bleugh! I hear Expat has that evening sickness...can't eat after 6pm! Now that would do wonders for my waistline as I tend to graze all evening!

Pictures...I have no idea how to! But we have pet lambs and DS was in the pen with them crouching down and saying "hullo...d'you member my name?"

NatalieJane · 08/04/2008 08:08

Nope, snow isn't settling, it is just snowing. No fun to be had out there, unless you like freezing your arse off!!

Awwww Teuch Bless him!!!

I was OK in my first pregnancy, didn't have any sickness, but I did completely go off food, all I could eat for the first 3 months was fish fingers, literally had one FF for brekkie, one FF for lunch, and 2 for tea!! I lost nearly 2 stone, just a shame I didn't actually need to lose it then!

kayzisexpecting · 08/04/2008 08:23

I'd love to lose 2 stone. It would be perfect. But not really practical.

NatalieJane · 08/04/2008 08:27

Well talk yourself into a fish finger fetish

Shame it didn't happen with DS2, with him I ate everything! The only thing I couldn't stand at all was raw meat, DH used to have to do the meat shopping on his own, and put it all into carriers in the fridge so I couldn't see it, it was a good job I didn't ever cook then!!

kayzisexpecting · 08/04/2008 08:33

I might do actually. I love fish fingers, I am going to stop eating sweets and crisps and drink plenty of water.

NatalieJane · 08/04/2008 08:50

I'm not keen on fishfingers, I can eat them at a push but wouldn't normally choose to eat them, and certainly not breakfast, lunch and tea!!

Right I am off to get a shower, today I am mostly going to be washing, drying and clearing up, hopefully the boys will let me me get on with it, and then tomorrow the weather will pick up and I can get them out of here.

See you all in a bit

popcornprincess · 08/04/2008 09:25

Blardy Hell- its soooo hard to keep you with you lot. MORNING (waves frantically)

NJ - pleased to read that finally you know what is going on. It must have been horrible waiting. I was the same with my long cycle which came out of nowhere as I'm normally 28 days. reckon its just the stress of waiting for period to come. Has your belly gone down?

I think we will wait until May with you. I don't want to get pregnant and spend the whole holiday sober. That would be a nightmare. Bring on the MAY GOF and not a bonk in sight until then! Phew, I have so much tele to catch up on (only 5% free on sky+) that I haven't got time to GOF anyway!

Had a quick look at the phil&teds link and I have to admit, I think they are bloody awful. It must be miserable for a baby to stare at the back of a set the whole time.

popcornprincess · 08/04/2008 09:26

Oh forgot to say - have lost 7lbs in 2 weeks. I have been eating hardly anything and as Nat said, I will end up putting it all back on and some when I eventually eat again ......but, at least I won't get harponed on the beach!

NatalieJane · 08/04/2008 10:32

Hiya Pop Yes just very relieved to know either way after a while! Belly is softening, it is almost normal in the mornings but still quite big by the end of the day, but I am (just) back in my jeans for most of the day

We have changed tactics, we aren't skipping April anymore, thanks to my lovely gorgeous schmorgeous DH, I do love that man!!

You be careful with the not eating thing, it isn't good for you y'know the last thing you want is to pick up a bug because you are run down, not much of a fun holiday with a streaming nose and coughing fits producing themselves at 5 minute intervals! Believe me, we spent a week in Tenerife with streaming colds it really wasn't good! Having said that I'd rather be abroad with blazing sunshine and a cold, than at home in the freezing cold with a cold, so silver linings and all that!!

I have had a shower, got kids showered and dressed, put first load of washing in, wiped around kitchen and bathroom, changed the beds, just about to polish and hoover everywhere. And I should be done. Phew!

MoosMa · 08/04/2008 10:50

You're doing better than me Nat, the bathroom is crying out to be cleaned but I just can't drag myself up there - I do hate doing it. Oh, and I can't doing any washing as my washing machine is still in hospital! My Mum's done a couple of loads for me so we don't run out of socks, knickers or nappies but the rest is mounting up.

Right, I really must go and clean the poor bathroom..........

NatalieJane · 08/04/2008 10:54

I strangly don't mind doing the bathroom, I think it is because the dirt does build up in there so you really see the difference when you do it, unlike when you clean the kitchen side for the fifth time today because the cat has been up there again, it doesn't look dirty so you wonder why you do it!

I am gonna put her in a stew if I catch her up there again, and I am not joking!

kayzisexpecting · 08/04/2008 10:56

LOL, poor cat!

I am really tired. Dh says he might take ds for a walk so I can have a nap before going to work tonight.

MoosMa · 08/04/2008 11:17

That's why we don't have animals in the house! That and the fact that we live on a busy road [eek].

I haven't done the bathroom but I've shaved my legs

NatalieJane · 08/04/2008 11:39

Oooooh, DH is in for a treat tonight Moos

I have just eaten a bag of frazzles and a double decker, and I don't care, not even in the slightest! I might have another bag of crisps

kayzisexpecting · 08/04/2008 11:40

I have just eaten new potatoes and mayo! Its so good and it was light mayo.
