Hey everyone,
First post so hope I’m doing this right.
My partner (30M) and I(31F) are TTC (I recently got off the Mirena coil). I got diagnosed with PCOS and Endometriosis age 16 and was used to going months to years without periods, as well as continuous periods for months, and spotting every other week for a day or two. The definition of irregular I guess.
When I had my Mirena IUD I had no periods and no spotting (except very early on right after insertion).
Knowing how irregular my periods tend to be and how I was advised to have kids before 30 (due to the fertility stuff) I have had no hope of us getting pregnant naturally, however my partner is very sure I might have gotten pregnant this cycle.
I try to keep track of my symptoms and noticed egg white CM on cycle day 11, followed by pink spotting and egg white CM on CD 12.
I never had pink spotting before, but I didn’t think much of it. The app I use to track symptoms and periods expected Ovulation to be on CD 14, so I figured maybe that’s what it was. My partner and I have been quite active in the bedroom (basically almost every day this cycle), I have never spotted after intercourse though. Then on CD 18 after doing our thing we noticed this brown spotting, which continued to show up whenever I wipe for 2,5 days. I also got crazy nausea on CD 20, mood swings, extreme fatigue, headaches, and bloating. All symptoms that haven’t disappeared. I’m now on CD 23 and my partner was so convinced I was pregnant that he suggested I take a pregnancy test (early detection) today. The test was clearly negative, not even the faintest of lines. The spotting I’ve had though, was so different from any spotting I’ve ever experienced before, and now I’m still crazy nauseous and fatigued.

I’m so confused, is this just PCOS/endometrioses being weird? PMS? Have my periods changed after Mirena? Am I out for this cycle? Any advice would be highly appreciated cause I don’t understand what to think. My partner is still convinced I’m pregnant anyway…
