Vitex/Agnus Castus - raising progesterone?

Has anyone taken this? I’ve seen it apparently can raise progesterone, but I just looked at it on Boots website and it said not to use if trying to get pregnant!

Following as I've also been looking into Agnus Cactus today and noticed the same thing! Do you have a short LP @1woodpecker? Mine is 7-10, though usually on the shorter end of that. Didn't have any issues conceiving DS but now after lots of googling I'm worried it was a fluke!

Nope LP is ok actually (12 days usually) but I’ve done 21 day tests that said it was low, and my BBT indicated possible low progesterone (it doesn’t rise much after ovulation). I feel like the GP didn’t really take it seriously though? So trying things myself first!

I’ve decided not to try it for now but trying high strength vitamin C instead.. read through some research that looks promising for raising progesterone! 🤞🏻
