BD 2/3 days before ovulation. Do I still have a chance??

I'm wondering the same thing! I misjudged when ovulation was unfortunately, and my partner has a low sex drive so sometimes we only manage to BD once - really frustrated we timed it badly this month!

Yes. Sperm can live for several days in the fallopian tubes. Only c.5% live 5 days but a lot more than that live 2 or 3.

I think that might depend on the degree and how sensitive your system is. If you're very run down or ill, ovulation can be delayed. I think you'd have to be quite unwell for it to impact implantation.
