Have I ovulated? First month tracking BBT!

Hi girls! This is my first month tracking bbt along with the clear blue ovulation tests, I got a static smiley on CD11 but not 100% convinced I have actually ovulated. Can anyone make any sense of my chart? I’m not understanding the whole charting process yet

Potentially you may have, as the temps seem to stay above 36.4 after that, which is normally a post-ovulation temp. Your earlier temps do look a bit confusing though.

Temping is a great tool but it normally takes a few cycles to get into the swing of things and to be able to interpret them properly. The first cycle won't really tell you much.

Also, are you temping at the same time every day as soon as you wake up? No water, no checking your phone etc.

I do ovulation tests alongside BBT tracking to further pinpoint where it is. Sometimes my BBT chart shows the wrong ovulation date but it adjusts itself after a few days. The more data that is on there, the more accurate it will be.
