We’ve been ttc since Jan & I’ve been for some reflexology who suggested getting GP to check for PCOS. But I’m super confused by what’s going on. Waiting for GP appointment 🙄

I came off the pill November
Got my first period Jan, 42 day cycle
Feb 32 day & I tested for ovulation this month using opk and clear blue digital and got positives so confident I did ovulate
Came on 21 March after 32 days and I’ve not had a period since. I pregnancy tested at day 32 but nothing, did a ovulation test which was a strong positive - that’s completely thrown me off.
Im now at day 43 of my cycle, no period, pregnancy tests negative.

Has anyone experienced anything similar? What was the outcome? No idea what’s going on. We already have a 2 year old but wanting to have a 2nd

If you had a strong positive on cd32 then that’s when you ovulated and your period is due in a couple of days. You’re still regulating after the pill.

Can take around 6 months to regulate after coming off the pill so your cycles varying in length and ovulating on different days of your cycle wouldn't be unusual, although frustrating. Ovulation tests can definitely help with timing of intercourse but be sure to check diligently each cycle until you've regulated as the cycle days will be different. Give your body time and remember it's normal to take a year to conceive❤️

Thank you! Just finding it difficult to make sense of but I guess I need to give it time!

Thank you! It is frustrating, especially as we fell the first month we tried with our first.. but I was about 2 stone lighter, younger and a lot less stressed lol. The ovulation at day 32 threw me off but think I need to monitor it more closely
