Uterine scarring and TTC

I had a surgical removal of a MC in Feb (which happened due to a chromosomal abnormality). Since I’ve had one v short cycle and also bleeding between periods. Before my periods were too far apart instead (I have PCOS) so all this bleeding is unusual for me.

I had a hysteroscopy recently and it showed what is likely scarring (white area when ideally should be pink), though no adhesions to remove and they weren’t sure how extensive it is. Could be a thin line, could be 1/3 of uterus. I was told as there’s nothing to remove it’s not treatable, I just have to see how things go.

I’m petrified. Would love any success stories / advice from people who have scarring.

I don't have any advice but I'm sorry this is happening. I had surgery in Feb too and I'm worried about the same thing. Was it the intermittent bleeding that made you get checked? Did they check your lining out with the scarring? It seems strange there's nothing they can do, I'd have thought this would be relatively common for this to happen especially for people that have had more than one surgery.
