Prescribed noristerone for 10 days, a few days after finishing the course, I had a period. On nafarelin spray in preparation for fet next month, a few days ago I started experiencing similar symptoms prior to a period starting. Feeling quite confused as I have been told I shouldn't get a period whilst using the spray.
