@Ella31 I've got period cramps on and off, very much like when af is imminent.
I've also got a lot of dizziness and have done since Sunday when I had a bad migraine.

I'm thinking of testing in the morning, just to know as I'll be 11dpo so I would think if there is anything, it'd show by then.

Keeping my fingers crossed for a healthy pregnancy for you

Even if there isn't anything there, please don't be disheartened. I didn't get the slightest hint of a line with my boy until I was a week late!
I also had cramps leading up to a positive too, seems really common from what I've seen x

@2BabyOrNot2Baby and @Ella31 thank you for the support!

BFN this morning 😢

BFN this morning 😢

How many DPO are you?
I have no idea. I’m currently cd28 but with no confirmed ovulation from OPKs or BBT. So I’m back to having no idea what’s going on.
in December when I got my BFP I didn’t have confirmed ovulation either and got my BFP on cd56

narwhalsarereal · 14/08/2024 11:53

@Ncl31 I'm 11dpo

I didn't get even a faint line until around 14DPO, it can happen!

@Ncl31 I'm 11dpo

I got my faint BFP at 12DPO so it can still
happen

narwhalsarereal · 14/08/2024 16:00

It could still happen but I have resigned myself to the fact af will be here between today & Sunday.

If by some miracle it doesn't arrive by Wednesday next week, I'll test again then, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

It's fine, just probably another month that my body has fooled me

Beanie14 · 14/08/2024 22:58

Tried the fertilily conception cup this months after my chemical last month.
Having cramps and just started spotting AF due tomorrow.
Ive just about given up now
hope everyone else is doing better than me

Beanie14 · 15/08/2024 02:31

I’ve decided to call the GP tomorrow as I’m convinced this is all connected to my emergency C-section. My scar is raised and very sensitive and I just wonder whether the scar is like this internally too and is causing secondary infertility.
Anyone have something similar before?

mountainlass · 16/08/2024 12:45

Hi ladies, sorry I've not posted in ages but took a step back once I got my positive test but I do come on from time to time to see how you are all doing.

@Ella31 massive congratulations, how are you doing today? Just take every day at a time and remain as calm as you can. Sending so much good thoughts for your pregnancy ❤️

@Beanie14 I am so sorry to hear about your chemical, they really are heartbreaking to have so much hope taken away so quickly. Please don't give up, I actually got pregnant the 2nd month after my chemical and so far this baby has stuck and I'm 14 weeks now. You never know what is round the corner and every cycle is a new chance. I ended up taking small dose baby aspirin after my chemical just as something else to try, no idea if it worked but it helped knowing I was doing everything I could. Will be thinking of you and all you other ladies on your ttc journey.

I'm not coping well tbh, the anxiety us killing me. I'm 14dpo, 4 weeks 3 days and I'm worried my test isn't strong enough. It was the sane two days ago at 12dpo..Plus I'm not getting 2-3 yet on the indicator. How are you? How far along are you?

@Ella31 bless you, pregnancy after loss is so hard. You focus all your energy and time on getting pregnant and then when it happens the anxiety just rockets even more. Please do not be worrying about your line progression, that looks like a perfectly normal line for 14dpo and is a clear positive. Especially as that test isn't an early one, You are pregnant!!! I was the exact same same constantly testing and comparing my lines and completely understand why you're doing it but it can fuel the worry & stress especially when you should be trying to remain as calm and positive as possible. It does take a few days extra I find for the clear blue to move on and extra week so that's also normal.

I'm 15 weeks on Monday and just focused on every little milestone, first was my 8 week scan and I've had my 12 week scan too. I have a 16 week scan on the following Monday and during this one the consultant said they will be confident they can tell us this baby isn't affected by the same condition our first baby Fern had after loosing her at 20 weeks at Christmas. It's such a hard journey but I'm trying to choose hope & keep telling myself "I will meet my healthy baby in February". Please take care of yourself ❤️

I'm so excited for you. Your story really resonated with me after you told me about baby Fern. I've great confidence for you and just hold tough. This is your reward after such pain.

Do you really think my test line looks ok. I hate the early weeks, it's so touch and go

mountainlass · 16/08/2024 13:19

@Ella31 your story resonated a lot with me too and that's why when I seen you were pregnant I just had to come on and say how happy I was for you. The first trimester is so difficult but your tests look lovely! Just look how clear your positive is and that's not even an early detection test. If you are worried about line progression remember hcg doubles every 48hrs at your stage so really to see any clear change you would need to wait that time to test. Then there's so many other factors like how much you've drank, hydration, when you last pee'd etc! Any line is a positive line and yours is perfect. Wishing you all the happiness and health in this pregnancy, you deserve it ✨

2BabyOrNot2Baby · 16/08/2024 14:31

@Ella31 really sorry to hear your struggling, but I agree your line looks amazing. I'll attach a picture of mine at 14dpo (and with a sensitive test), yours looks so much darker than mine did at the same point so please try not to worry yourself. Look after yourself and little bean ❤️

I wouldn't say crazy, I'd say you're being cautious, and it's completely understandable given your circumstances. I struggled with worrying about my progression lines also but a lot of people said it can be completely normal, especially with it being so early. The first trimester really is a doozy, I feel like we overthink and worry about everything and it's so hard when there's little reassurance to be had. Will you be under a specialist care team?

I did this with my first baby! Completely forgot all about that until you mentioned it 🤣

narwhalsarereal · 16/08/2024 15:59

@Ella31 I do the legs up thing every time, 🤦🏼‍♀️

@2BabyOrNot2Baby I'm doing ok thank you, no af yet but not due till Sunday. Getting lots of cramping though. I'm extremely emotional but I do have months like this so it's not unusual. Still getting the odd 'tapping' feeling but until there's no sign of af, I'm not getting excited.

@mountainlass So glad to hear you're progressing well. Fingers crossed for positive news at your scan

The tapping feeling, is that normal for you?
Fingers crossed your body is just tricking you and it's actually a positive month, but I understand the hesitation.
