I keep having dreams that I'm pregnant & don't know 🤦🏼‍♀️.....in each dream I find out at around 6 months after feeling kicks.....it's very weird 😂

No, we are ttc number 1. I had a miscarriage in April at 7 weeks and another one in June at 8 weeks. I've not struggled to get pregnant but seem to struggle to stay pregnant. Currently 8DPO 🤞🏼

I will keep everything crossed that you get pregnant this month and the little bean sticks.

It’s such an emotional rollercoaster isn’t it. I’m not holding out much hope to be honest, I’m 38, on the larger side and I just don’t think I’ll get that lucky! I love our boys so much, I just wanted to experience it myself, but if not, I’m happy being their Mama no matter what.

Please keep me updated with your journey- I’m totally invested. 8dpo, when do you think you’ll test? I’m a testaholic!! 😂

Thank you 😊 yes I'm really hoping that the next time will be 3rd time lucky 😅 I've just turned 35 which is why I'm going first as my wife is 33, we are hoping she would carry our second. I know what you mean about wanting to carry yourself, it's such a natural instinct for some women.
I will keep you updated, I'll be testing tomorrow as I have no patience in waiting haha. What about you?

that makes sense, my wife is the younger one (35) but I was taking medication before that I couldn’t have conceived on before. I’m kind of being pragmatic about it, if it’s meant to be then it will…. Maybe I’m protecting my heart a bit too 😂

our youngest is 8 months old, and we’ve used the same donor so they’ll be linked if I’m successful, which is cute. My wife had our eldest with her ex gf and I adopted him at 3, he’s nearly 11! So the two she carried are linked and then our youngest would be linked to my birth child.

well, I have 10 pregnancy tests landing by 10pm (thanks Amazon) and I’ll be testing from 5dpo which is Monday because I’m slightly unhinged apparently!! 😂

We are doing it ourselves, the donor is my best friend so hoping we can each carry one but the children would be related to each other via the donor. 8 months is so young however I totally get it as don't think we will hang around waiting too long after the first is born! That's so lovely you've adopted your eldest 🥰

No ourselves. Clinics are so expensive and out of all my gay mates only one couple used a clinic. I’m not against them or anything I just don’t like the clinical setting! Each to their own though.

Yeah we enquired with the NHS but weren't keen as they wouldn't allow us to use our friend as the donor plus they would only help us with the first child and we would only use a private clinic as a last resort as would rather not spend the money if we can help it plus it's soooo expensive. With my miscarriages I was just glad we hadn't spent thousands!

The amount of money I've spent on pregnancy tests this year is ridiculous, as I like a mix of brands and then testing every day until like 6 weeks which is stressful and doesn't change the outcome really 🙃 I've got a box of easy@home, and multiple clear blues ready in the cupboard. I'm not really nervous, I just want to know. I've been really tired a few nights this week and this afternoon I've had some interesting twinges in my stomach, but really could be anything! Last night I did have a strange dream about my friend getting a hamster that sported a huge ponytail...vivid dreams were the one consistent symptom I had from the very start of both pregnancies. But again, who really knows until you test 😅

Has anyone tired a fertility cup or a menstrual cup to help with conception. My friend just told me about her 2 kids and both were conceived when they used one xx

I've not used one myself but I've known of a few people who said it's what managed to help them conceive. I'd say if you're comfortable using one then it's always worth a go! X

Have you tested again since this? Are you also sure you were definitely 4dpo?

Bfn still but stomach has constantly had twinges and cramps since yesterday and still ongoing. Period not due till Fri so hoping it's not that 🤞🏼
