Hi ladies, hope you're all keeping okay. So sorry about how some of you are feeling, can totally understand the stress and sometimes the worry of it all can take over. Look after yourselves ❤️

@Ella31 great news your ovulating! Took it's time but as long as it happened, that's all that matters! Good luck for this cycle 🤞

Finally @mountainlass

Hope you are doing well yourself.

@Ella31 thanks for checking in! I'm CD 13 today so probably another week before I ovulate. How are you? What cd are you on?

Ncl31 · 07/06/2024 18:57

@Ella31 thank you, either 5 or 7 DPO today. I’m inclined to say 7 as Premom is usually pretty accurate with OPKs and BBT combined.
had a “wet” feeling this evening and when I went to the loo I had a decent amount of cm. Not sure if it’s normal or not. How are you feeling?

Thank you for checking in @Ella31 . I finally got my OPK peak wednesday and yesterday so think I've ovulated today (slight bbt ride today too) I'm Cd25 so 5 days later than last time .. maybe due to vitamin b6? Hoping my luteal phase will be longer too this time fingers crossed.
How are you doing,?

Thanks @Ella31 i have been keeping up with the thread, just not posting. I am 9 weeks tomorrow and had a scan on Thurs that went well. I am wishing away the next 3 weeks if I’m honest and stressing re every symptom and twinge! Glad to hear you are keeping well and that ovulation has arrived. Wishing you all baby dust ladies xxx

I’m getting over this cycle just want af show her ugly face lol

so can move on to new cycle

Beanie14 · 08/06/2024 06:05

@Ella31 Waiting for ovulation over here. Not far behind you my OPKs are getting darker and had EWCM last 2 days so hopefully soon.

Beanie14 · 08/06/2024 06:24

Typically just had a positive OPK this morning much earlier than expected and due to shifts we haven’t managed to DTD yet. We’ll see each other tonight so can do it then but now I’m worried it’s too late. Why can’t we catch a break!!

You've had a confusing cycle this month @Libbynznz is af normally around for you at this time. I feel for you. Ovulation was bizarre this month for me.

Tonight is good @Beanie14 it's the peak so you probably won't ovulate until a day later so go for it.

We are on the same timeline so. Mine was late too but i think it was coq10 that did it.

I stopped using it half way through because I was getting positive opks at cycle day 9

Oh wow ! What was the reason you started taking coq10? I've read that it might help lengthen my luteal so might try if my luteal phase is short again.
I also have a GP appointment on the 18th June so hoping I can try and get some bloods done next cycle if I have come on by then.
When are you thinking of testing ? I'm 1DPO today

If I'm being honest it's because after losing my boys I was panicked about not being pregnant already and I was reading on vitamins and such. But I was at my gp for the post mortem reading and she said there's no evidence to back up coq10 and it's usually only recommended for over 35 plus anyway. I've just decided if this month doesn't work out, I'm going back to folic acid.

Will test around 8dpo if I last that long 🤣🤣

My luteal phase had always been 10 days , 11 at a stretch and I conceived twins on that so don't worry too much

Thank you for your advice. So sorry to hear about your twins ❤️ hope this month is the one for you 🤞 keep me posted . Hopefully we will be testing around the same time

Thank you. It was 6 months ago. I was 29 weeks when I gave birth. My first little boy was stillborn and my second little boy survived 4 days. So I think I was jumping on vitamins because I was overwhelmed. See how you feel though. Many ppl swear by coq10, it's just not for me

Those of you who use opks? What do you count as 1dpo? Is it when the ovulation stick is significantly lighter

I'm so worried, I've just been for a wee and when I wiped there was brown discharge - has anyone else experienced this at 5/6 weeks? I'm starting to go into a panic and there's nothing my EPU will be able to do til Monday now 😩
Don't know whether it could be linked but I was also hit quite hard in the stomach a couple hours ago. I did Google a lot after that but found comfort in it saying it's extremely unlikely to harm the pregnancy so early on but it's all come back 10x worse since going the toilet

Yes me! It was between 6 and 7 weeks. Got scanned that day and baby was fine, I had (have?) a small bleed elsewhere which is very common in early pregnancy and is usually reabsorbed by the body x

Honestly I probably am overthinking it as I did have quite a few bleeds with my first pregnancy which never seemed to be the result of anything bad, but it was always light pink in colour, light red at its darkest and it's completely thrown me off being brown!
Thank you so much for replying, there's just so much that can go on and you don't even seem to know the half of it until it happens to you do you 🫠 so glad your bub was alright x

Thanks @Ella31 for checking in with me

I'm ok. Cd8 today, af is over but I've got the most crippling tiredness, something I've struggled with for a few years & now my gp thinks I have chronic fatigue syndrome 😔

Having this month off ttc as I don't want the crushing disappointment of af arriving on my bday (af due date).

Back to it in July though
