Implantation Dip OR Oestrogen Dip???

Hi,

This is my 9th cycle TTC. I've not tracking LH because I wanted a break from the stress of tracking, I've just been taking my BBT every morning.

Yesterday (6DPO) I had a temp dip & today (7DPO) it has gone back up.

Could it be a implantation dip or an oestrogen dip? I've added a picture below, I had a similar dip before ovulation so that's why i'm double checking.

Going to take a test 9DPO.

It's so hard to tell. It could be either, OP.

No, although they're usually later.

I always knew when I was pregnant from my BBT.

I never bothered to take early PTs. Just kept an eye on my temp.

Do you have any BFP charts??

Not any more, sorry. It was quite a long time ago.

But if my BBT stayed at 37.2 - 37.4 for four days after AF was expected, it signified pregnancy.

I've been spotting for the past 2 days (14/15DPO)

I tend to spot 2 days before AF but my BBT hasn't dropped which it usually drops the day before my period

I've accepted my period is coming! I'll keep you updated

I mean I hope AF isn't coming.

Think she's coming tomorrow, my BBT has dropped to the baseline x
