Missed period - how long?

I missed my period about 2 weeks ago due to stress and a sickness bug. Anyone know how long it takes to return? Upsetting as TTC.

Might sound silly but did you take a test? Missing a period completely isn't that common, it's more common for it to be delayed.

That's so frustrating for you. Sorry I can't be more help - I've not got experience of missing a period completely. Hope it comes back soon!

i don't think anyone could tell you. it's very unusual to be 2 weeks late. can i ask when you took a test? if very soon after missed it may have been you ovulated later than thought cos of the sickness bug. don't want to get your hopes up though but this happened to me!
