PMS cramps or pregnancy cramps?

Hi all, probably a silly question and probably just symptom spotting… I haven’t tracked ovulation so not exact sure how many days PO I am, but I’m due my period in 3 days (currently CD29). This is my first proper cycle TTC. Currently have some twitching in my right abdomen moving towards central. Normally with PMS I only get cramps the day before and day of my period. I’m trying to hold off on early testing (have got my hopes up before), but can anyone compare their pregnancy cramps to PMS cramps? Any differences? Never been pregnant before so can’t compare it to anything. Should I just get an early test?

I got some Vvfl on a hpt on the 14th which has got slightly darker each day but also VERY crampy like something I would feel the day my period would start and it’s been for a couple days. Google said it was normal but also wondering like you.

Sounds like positive news! Have you done a digital test yet? Yours sounds a lot more positive than mine but fingers crossed for the both of us! 🩷

Going to wait until I miss my period before I do a digital
