Septum resection - hysteroscopy (aftercare)

Has anyone here had a hysteroscopy to get rid of a septum in the uterus? I had a small one but St Mary's got rid of it on Monday via hysteroscopy and put in 2 coils to help with healing (am also on hormones for 28 days).

Just wondering if anyone had any experience with the aftermath of the hysteroscopy? I'm quite uncomfortable 4 days post resection, with sore period cramps. I know it's normal but I don't think I was expecting to feel this sore and uncomfortable. Stupid really as I know they cut away skin and put coils in the lining but it's making sitting and laying down really uncomfortable. It's like I can feel them in there.

Does anyone know when this feeling will go away? The info sheet on my report only tells you about a hysteroscopy and how you'll feel after that rather than the septum removal! :(
