Endocrinologist Recommendation - diet and nutrition

Hi all,
I'm new here and wanted to ask if anyone has any recommendations for an endocrinologist in London that will go further than just looking at the standard blood tests.

We did IVF in July '23 and have since had 4 failed FETs so I'm getting a bit desperate now.. we've done biopsies, a hysteroscopy, edometrial scracth, hycosy, you name it.. and everything has come back normal..

So now, I'm trying to see if I can find someone that will advise on any nutrients I'm lacking or should cut out based on hormonal blood tests. I've had a few friends back in South Africa that saw an endocrinologist that did a thorough analysis of their bloods and suggested cutting out things like wheat and sugar, etc. but my fertility doctor here doesn't seem to go that far.

I'd appreciate all and any guidance here :)
Thanks!

If you're willing to go a bit further, Dr James Ahlquist is based in Southend, Essex. He's a pregnancy thyroid specialist. I had a private appointment with him and then he took me on as an NHS patient.
