Ellaone - missed period - neg test

Is it likely for Ellaone to make me skip my period entirely? I’m 15 days late now, I’ve never been this late without being pregnant. I’ve taken the MAP twice before, about 15-20 years ago, and never had any major period delay.

Quick timeline of events:
CD11: unprotected sex
CD12: took Ellaone
CD17: predicted day of ovulation in a normal cycle
CD46: negative Clearblue digital test
CD48: still no AF…

I’m concerned because I took esomeprazole after taking Ellaone, without realising at the time that it can reduce its effectiveness, and also I’m a bit hefty now (95kg) which I think is another factor that can potentially affect the outcome. But on the other hand, we had the accident early in my cycle and I’m certain I hadn’t ovulated by that point, and I’ve had a negative test. Also I’ve been under a lot of stress lately and I’m almost 40, so possibly edging into perimenopause territory?

When I took the same tablet, my period was a bit all over the place that cycle but returned to normal the next cycle.
It could be that the tablet is delaying your period but if you’re also stressed then that might be having an impact too. If your period still hasn’t turned up in a few days then I’d take another test just to rule out pregnancy.
