Do you get mild cramps a week or so before your period is due?

I do yes, I get cramps from ovulation right up until my period is finished

I do but my hormones are haywire so not sure if it's "normal". Ask your GP for tests if worried?

Yes. I feel them like shivers rather than full on cramps. From ovulation until my period cramps proper start.

We are TTC and I have noticed them regularly, didn't realise it was ovulation

I did this cycle and I thought it was different for me but af appeared full force a wee later

Does the same thing happen when you are pregnant?

Ive also been moody the last couple of days which I've noticed seems to happen every month too

When I was pregnant I had more groin and growing pains but I’ve literally had the same last week and it didn’t mean anything. Our body loves to trick us
the only sure sign is a positive test unfortunately

I always feel ok when my period comes, I just think ok on we go to next month. But leading up to my due date and I feel so emotional. It's the worst.

I'm exactly the same, I didn't realise but seems like that's just 'normal' for me! So is feeling slightly nauseous on and off
