Skin / tissue-like discharge after period while TTC

Posting this in the conception page as I’m TTC. I have been trying for baby no.2 for 3 months with no luck so far. I had my period as normal that finished a few days ago. Today I went to the loo and a glob of discharge that looked exactly like skin or fleshy tissue came out when I wiped. I put my finger up there and there was more inside my vagina. It was mostly creamy white but with a bloody tinge.
This has happened to me twice before - both in the two months leading up to my son being conceived. This was during covid so when I called the dr they were not particularly interested and didn’t want to see me. It happened 2 months in a row and then I got pregnant and it never happened again.
it feels coincidental that this has happened again while TTC. Is there a chance this could be a chemical pregnancy? The skin-like stuff has come out a few days after a normal period each time (I’ve not taken a pregnancy test on those months due to bleeding starting). My periods each time have been totally normal. No itching, no odour or anything so I don’t think it’s an infection.
I’ll try the dr again but thought I’d see if anyone has advice as it’s a long weekend and I won’t be able to see anyone until next week.

Sounds like a decidual cast.

i thought this too but it wasn’t uterus shape and was in clumps rather than one lump. It sounds like that’s super rare too and I’ve had this 3 times now. Stumped.
