BBT/LH Peak help? Does it look like I have ovulated yet?

Hi!

I am so so confused with my charts.
I have had higher LH readings for the last 3 days (doesn’t show as high on app but for me anything above 0.3 is high!) and darkest is today, suggesting today is peak.

But my BBT showed a rise yesterday, and has stayed elevated today. The app suggests I ovulated a couple days ago but that doesn’t really line up with LH tests!

I had really sore breasts last night and some cramping through the night - but I have no idea if that is post ovulation or potentially pre ovulation.

I am so confused, can anyone make sense of this? Been having sex everyday for about 5 days in a row at this point trying to catch the right days and we are both exhausted but don’t want to miss our chance ha!

I'm not great with charts but from your opks, I think you are close

It's a big temperature jump but it could be that you woke up and moved around more before taking your temperature, or had a more disturbed night. The other possibility is that your 0.7 reading was actually higher and that was your peak and taking it in poor light has thrown the app off. I always tried to make sure the light was consistent. Hopefully you know either way by now. If you have an update let us know, charts can be a pain!

@elsa15 di you have your updated temp chart? It was looking good so far! 🤞🏻 I have a similar issue and no idea when/if I’ve ovulated! 😔

Generally it’s best to look for 3 days of elevated before you can really say!

I’ll attach my updated chart but it’s a bit all over the place - about 25 mins after my original post I fell down the stairs and broke my leg can you believe it!!!
So the logistics of my husband helping me to the toilet is difficult enough without having to try and do ovulation tests too so I’ve not done any since Friday.
I’ve been temp tracking but this will be off from the stress too I imagine. Also have been sleeping on the sofa since I can’t make it upstairs, so I’m sure even a different sleeping situation would affect BBT.

I’ve not had any other cramps/breast pain since Friday morning though so whatever was happening (whether it was attempted or actual ovulation) has definitely stopped.

Guess we will just have to wait & see! Although for once in a long time I don’t think I will be overly disappointed if I don’t conceive this month given the situation haha!!!

Oh no! As if you managed that, hope you're ok. Yeah all data will be off as you won't be sleeping well, will be trying to heal and have pain. Really hope you heal soon! X

okay so bit of an update, leg is healing well and I’m getting adjusted to using crutches etc

had very sore breasts the past couple of days (period is probs due soon) so took a test and this line came up within a minute! Could it be an indent?

my app says I’m 7dpo but with the wonky readings who knows, from BBT rise I think I could be 10dpo

If that came up in the time I'd say positive! Looks exactly like my early positives did. Good luck!
