@JNicko I'm due on the 2nd so think I'm around 5DPO now. I won't be testing before as I'm on holiday (I know I could take tests but I'm not going to!)
Are you ttc your first or do you have children already?

Hi! We have been TTC for 5 years. Iv had 3 miscarriages and no children yet. Was finally referred to the gynaecologist and all test etc was fine apart from I have PCOS so I have been on metformin for just over a month. Hoping it helps. We are desperate for our miracle baby

Hey didn’t manage to DTD that much this month as DP has been away but did about 3 days ago and then again today which is O day. Like you I have been TTC baby 1 for many years no known cause although I’m sure it’s me as I was previously married and although not actively trying during that time we were unprotected and I never fell. Now with new partner getting onto 1.5 years TTC. Don’t really no what the problem is although I do tend to have low progesterone and short cycles. I’ve tried everything

@JNicko yeah well had all the normal scans everything came back optimal. Also had a hycosy which was all clear. Regular blood tests although I’m sure sure these were being done on the right day as I have a short LP but have had fluctuating progesterone results lowest being 12 and highest 29 - because of this Dr thought maybe I’m not ovulating but I do get lots of EWCM and serious O pain at O time each month and as you have to catch pregosterone at the right time - when I did it 7dpo rather than “day 21” i got my highest result of 29

ah well that’s definitely good news. At least you have now been diagnosed with something! I’ve known quite a few woman who have PCOS and gone onto conceive naturally - especially when using metformin. Have a look into myo inosotol too and also seed cycling. Intermittent fasting is very good for PCOS and insulin resistance too! Good luck to you!

And also I think as obviously sad and traumatic miscarriages are the silver lining is that you know you can get pregnant! We’re they quite early miscarriages? Any idea what could be causing them ?

First one was MMC, I was scanned at what I thought was 10 weeks after some bleeding and the baby had stop growing at 7 weeks 3 days and the other two was 5/6 weeks. The consultant just said with PCOS there's higher risk in miscarriages but they haven't really been able to find a reason why.

Thank you ☺️ well ovulation day might not be today after all. Just did another LH test and it's gotten higher. Iv actually never had readings this high before...so Premom app has now not yet recognised my peak by the looks of it.

Morning Ladies, well here goes...1DPO today. I'm a bit annoyed because Iv been ill so we couldn't DTD the day before ovulation or on the day so I don't know what my chances are. But we did it 3 times in my fertile window.

Hi all, just a question how does your app know the exact day of ovulation ? I’m new to all of this so just asking, I have done lots of reading as it says women can ovulate 12-36 hours after your LH surge is that right?
I think I ovulated 21st March .. I didn’t use ovulation strips but could tell from my CM that it’s around about that time. We were only able to DTD on the 21st March so is a long shot with only it being once.
i have ovulation strips and should track BBT but seems like such a mind field

when do you think the best chances of conceiving are @JNicko as I would of said 3 times in your fertile window is a good chance . Sorry to read of your previous journey sounds like a tough time, I think it’s more tough when you don’t have an exact answer to why you are not falling pregnant so I do feel for you

Hi there, I think the app logs roughly how long your periods are and gives you approx ovulation date and then when you use the ovulation strips and scan them it confirms you peak and then ovulation. Thank you for your kind words.

I'm also booked in for hysteroscopy on the 8th of April and I'm pretty nervous 😬. Apparently I have a small 5.4mm cystic area within the endometrium. The consultant said this should be the reason for the miscarriages but are going to check the lining of the womb to rule everything out.

Do you use the pre mom app and pay for it? @JNicko very clever how it works it out .
will they remove the cyst when they are in their ? That’s good they can do some checks while in there. How long have you been waiting for all of this?

I don't pay for the Premom app. I think there are some premium features you can pay for but I don't think it will make much difference.

They haven't said they are going to remove the cyst...I saw the consultant at gynae in January. Iv had blood tests and ultrasound in February and now the hysteroscopy in April so it's all gone through fairly quickly

Goood luck to everyone! I’m around 4DPO I think, but waiting for my app to update, so could well be less! Will test on the 3rd if it comes to it, but I have a really short LP so just have everything crossed I make it to 10DPO without a period!🤞🏻

@JNicko ive only just downloaded the premom app , the free version it’s a really good app… much better than the stardust app that I had to track my periods.
that is quick journey with gynae which is good.

i am 10DPO today , I haven’t tested yet but I feel like I’m getting symptoms I have lower back pain and have had twinges in my ovary area. My boobs are sore but I do get that in the run up to my period , so not thinking too much into that ! I’m due AF on Thursday and away so wouldn’t be able to test until Wednesday . But we only DTD once in my fertile window so would be very lucky if we are… but am putting symptoms etc down so I can track for the future

I guess there is a chance @JNicko but slim, I’ve had some light bleeding today . Nothing is on a pad just when I wipe so thinking AF might be starting a bit earlier for me this month.

how are you ? Any symptoms happening ?
