Is rise in my BBT confirmed ovulation?

I just started tracking my BBT so not sure whether these temps are high enough to confirm ovulation?

CD14 - peak
CD15 - 36.25
CD16 - 36.28
CD17 - 36.40
CD18 - 36.37

id need to see your before peak temps too. I’m sure the rule tends to be three temp drops followed by three rises x

Thanks for your reply! some reason I only have my bbt for cd11 which was 36.28 and cd13 which was 36.23 xx

Have you got any of the apps? I’ve used Premom and flo and currently using natural cycles. You can put your temps in and they’ll make a chart and tell you if they think you’ve ovulated based off your temps. I find them really helpful xx

Any ideas when I ovulated? So confused it keeps changing 😕
