I am 3 days late on my period.
I ovulated early too.
Can you see the line? If so, shouldn’t it be darker?

Both lines look faint, definitely there though!
do you have another test?

KinderEggg · 21/03/2024 07:58

No I don’t. Which other test should I do? Do I contact my doctors now?

I’d do another test before contacting docs. Maybe buy a clear blue or just Tesco own brand would do

Revelatio · 21/03/2024 08:25

I would get a digital, then no room for doubt. You don’t need to contact the doctor for pregnancy, you usually register with the maternity department at your local hospital.

Okay i will pop out on my lunch. Why are my lines so faint? Even the control line. Based on a pregnancy calculator, I am 4 weeks pregnant.

Hi, the last few boots tests I’ve taken are really faint too (I’m talking about the control line). Perhaps the test doesn’t have a lot of dye. Try another brand! Fingers crossed for you x

I can’t believe it! How long before I am out of the chemical pregnancy danger zone? This says I am 4-5 weeks pregnant.

Do I now contact my GP?

You don’t need to see the midwife to book in till 8 weeks or so, there’s no rush unless you have bleeding/pain etc
you could call your surgery and ask how to register with the midwife over the next week or so.

great digi btw congrats!!

MrBigsCat · 21/03/2024 15:37

I think a chemical is classed as under 6 weeks and then it’s a miscarriage and I think the risk reduces past 8 weeks then even more after 12 weeks
