Urghh, pooey cheese - keep away from it!! It has VEINS in it don't you know!
Nat, I am nowhere near the test stage , haven't even got any in the house!! I think I may have a little look over at diagnostics though, as I'm sure I'll be needing them over the next few months

NatalieJane · 04/04/2008 15:38

LOL at veins, you certainly wouldn't eat anything else that was that colour! And it really does smell.

Have I lost the plot? What CD are you on?

tinkerbell2 · 04/04/2008 15:48

good luck nj

NatalieJane · 04/04/2008 15:49

Thank you, I have the feeling I am going to need it!

Diege · 04/04/2008 16:01

Lol Nat, I'm on CD 24, but my last cycle was 22 days and I could have sworn I had EWM at day 8 , but I am usually wrong with these things! If nothing has arrived by next Friday, will contemplate buying a test..but am sure it will be over the weekend

NatalieJane · 04/04/2008 16:04

Noooooooooo, test woman test. Just do it, no messing about, go and get a FR and test. Now!!!!

You are late, you were soooo right last month about OV'ing early....

TEST!!!

lardylumps · 04/04/2008 16:07

Help me please.

Dp has just phoned up and told me that he has been made redundant (he will finish in 3 months time), i just know he is going to say we should put of ttc. I need helpful responces for when he does!! any ideas??

NatalieJane · 04/04/2008 16:11

OK calm down, firstly!

Is he likely to be able to get another job?

My DH was made redundant when DS1 was about 4 weeks old, he got offered a new (and much better) job the next day! It doesn't have to be the end of the world.

kayzisexpecting · 04/04/2008 16:12

Tell him there will never unless you win the lottery there will never be a perfect time!!!

I did another FR just now and the line is darker.

Diege, I can post you my last FR test!!! I dont need it.

Playingthewaitinggame · 04/04/2008 16:12

OH no LL. I am really sorry. I am not sure I have any useful responses at all apart from get on the net (totaljobs, monster, jobsearch and career specific websites) and get looking at jobs for him. I have found nearly all of my DHs jobs for him and I even write his CV! The quicker you find a new job the quicker you will be able ttc again! The only other alternative I can immediately think about is if you are working part time or SAHM (sorry cant remember) offer to do extra work until he finds a new job. Don't know what else to say really! Sorry, not much help at all!!

Playingthewaitinggame · 04/04/2008 16:13

YAY Kay. I didn't want to celebrate with you till you got a second clearer BFP.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!

lardylumps · 04/04/2008 16:17

Thanks all. Kay congratulations and nice name. NJ i what has happended re gp i need an update. Playing i work and will offer to do extra hours (I could say that i would go back full time and he could look after dd even though it would kill me to leave her).

Diege · 04/04/2008 16:17

Oh no LL . Not too sure what to suggest. Is his job the sort that he might find a replacement soon? Is he likely to still be unemployed a year from now? If not, then no massive problem re: ttc, but I know what dhs are like and I think mine would need to know he would be in work etc before ttc...but then again he needs to take your needs into account too, and it's not all about money... Fingers crossed it's a just a small blip in his emplyment history , but know how you must be feeling...
Nat, you are truly a bad influence ; for a second there I was almost going to get a test, but even if I was pregnant, I don;t tend to get a bfp until 5 days or so after af due...I'm sure you will wear me down eventually though

kayzisexpecting · 04/04/2008 16:19

Thanks Playing!!

This line is visable from a distance instead of having to really look.

lardylumps · 04/04/2008 16:19

Diege firstly TEST TEST TEST TEST TEST TEST TEST you are late anyway...

Secondly I have confidence he will find another job even if he cant i could go back full time so it isn't the end of the world. I just dont want to put it off as i am not getting any younger and the risks are rising all the time..

Diege · 04/04/2008 16:20

Ooh first response test very tempting Kay...will take you up on your offer if still no af in a week, but I really am sure it will turn up with every toilet visit!

kayzisexpecting · 04/04/2008 16:20

Tell him that LL, explain about your age and the rising risks.

Diege · 04/04/2008 16:20

How old are you LL?

kayzisexpecting · 04/04/2008 16:21

I'll save it for you.

lardylumps · 04/04/2008 16:21

A week we you cant wait that long

lardylumps · 04/04/2008 16:25

shhhh I will be 35 this year.

kayzisexpecting · 04/04/2008 16:26

Thats not old!!!!!

Diege · 04/04/2008 16:28

Ok, so you need to play up the whole post-35 thing - has worked well for me with dd3 (was 36 when she was born) and is still good for allaying any doubts with dh (will be 38 next month . For once the whole age thing can work in your favour, though in reality you are still a spring chicken

lardylumps · 04/04/2008 16:35

Good idea diege and thanks for your kind comments..

sorkycake · 04/04/2008 16:40

May I ask you for help?

I'm 8dpo today and have got a ton of EWCM when I've just gone to the toilet. The only times I can remember this is when I'm pg.

Have any of you got it any other time postO?

oh, my chart is here if you want to be nosy, I know I always am
