First cycle of Letrozole, unsure if I’ve ovulated.

I am on my first cycle of Letrozole. I have a scan on last Friday cycle day 11 and was told I had a dominant follicle (14mm) on the left and should ovulate within a few days. I live 5 hours away from the clinic and therefore couldn’t go for more scans.

I am now cycle day 16 and I have been doing OPK and although getting darker(see attached). I’ve not had a high or peak. Although I did have some left sided cramps today and increased CM. I am due to have my progesterone checked on Monday but not sure if this will now be too early?

Any advice appreciated!!

I'd say your peak is today looking at those. Ovulating will be around now and you need to wait a further 7 days to get a correct progesterone score to confirm ovulation.

Thank you. I’ve had a higher result again today so will wait and see if that’s my peak and then change my appointment for bloods.

Yes I ended up ovulating on cycle day 18. Hope you get a positive soon too 🤞🏻.

ahh amazing!. Im on cd 18 today fingers crossed. Did you get any ovulation symptoms? and if you dont mind me asking did you get pregnant on that round of letrozole?

the first cycle I did have ewcm, this cycle I haven’t have any ovulation symptoms. And no unfortunately not gotten pregnant yet.

I just got a positive ovulation peak on the east@home test strips. And noticed a little EWCM with some cramping. Hoping this is the month.

I had a misscarriage after my first round of letrozole back in January TTC #2.😭

That’s good, hopefully this is your month. I’m on cycle day 27, I did have a peak on Sunday so hoping this is my cycle too 🤞🏻.

So sorry to hear about your MC 😢. It’s such a hard journey isn’t it.

It definitely is and I must say it really does kill the whole romance side of things.

Ive had this faint line show on a Coop test this morning and also a faint line on an easy@home test. Scared to get excited but hoping this is a positive sign.

im cycle day 35 and 9 dpo so early yet so will see what happens over the next few days.
