My cycles are anything between 27-31 days I always get a positive ovulation test and have had it confirmed multiple times by bloods and/or scan but I just can’t get pregnant ???

Waiting for a fertility appt but in the meantime am I doing something wrong with timing ? We had been dtd eod till positive test then once a day for 3 days (day before day of and day after ov then back to eod for a few more days) and nothing at all in 18 months.

dtd yesterday am but in the afternoon got a positive ov test - is it better to try tonight or tomorrow morning ? Am I somehow ‘missing’ the window of opportunity or is my egg dying too quickly ??

Has your partner had his sperm tested?

When I was young the advice was to do it every other day throughout the whole month, but we did not have ovulation tests, etc

yes it was fine so I can’t understand why it’s not happening as I think we have tried on all the right days ?

Do you know the sperm meets egg plan? It sounds like you're pretty much following it but they recommend dtd one extra time towards the end of the fertile window. Hugs to you- its unbelievably frustrating to see that everything is seemingly working as it should, yet no bfp. I hope you get one soon

I’m guessing a case of bad luck. No need for dtd so much. You might be stressing too much with dtd so much (unless you actually enjoy it and look forward to it) the most important would be the day of positive test and the day after. Also ovulation happens 24-48h after a positive test.

We have struggled too, 18 months TTC, then lost that baby to a TFMR for T18, Fell pregnant again 4 cycles later and it was a weird cycle!

Are you tracking BBT? Using Preseed or Conceive Plus?

I had a really weird month, DTD on days 12,13 (LH rise) and 14.

Had ovulation pains/cramps on day 14.
BBT didn't rise the following day to confirm ovulation.
Day 16, I had EWCM and ovulation pains again. Didn't manage to test LH again and didn't manage to DTD again.

6 and 7DPO, my BBT dipped then climbed up again.
7 and 8 DPO I had a tiny bit of pink and brown on wiping (implantation bleeding).

10 DPO - a very obvious positive!

Couldn't believe it, but the sperm obviously were up there waiting for the egg even though it was late!

I am slightly nervous I'm going to go to my scan next week and find out I've released two eggs and it's twins!!!!
