I'm currently taking proceive but wondering should I just get folic acid and a few others on their own.

I have been taking omega 3, b complex, vit d with k2, zinc, selenium, folic acid, but my resent blood test has shown my thyroid has gone up and not sure if its because of the supplements

Is it going up a good or a bad trigger @UnicornPrincessSarah , sorry now I'm an idiot when it comes to this?

@Ella31 is still in the normal range according to the blood test but last year was 1.55 now 3.28 and apparently should be under 2.5 for fertility

Don't just take random supplements. Vit D and folic acid are all you need. It's much better to get nutrients from your diet than synthetic pills.
