Finally a positive OPK with PCOS, should I keep testing and how often?

Hi all

So been trying for 10 months (8 cycles) with PCOS. Made lots of diet and supplement changes over past few months and I've finally caught a surge in LH for the first time. Which is exciting!

My question now is should we be ramping up the baby dancing now, or wait for a clear peak? Don't want to run out of steam to early 😜

Should I also keep testing to see if it keeps rising? And should I be testing more frequently now? If so how much and what times?

I'm going to use this month to get a private progesterone blood test to confirm ovulation so want to have as accurate an idea of when I possibly ovulated as possible to time that test right.

Thanks!

Hi OP, I usually test until my peak is over, so once I get a fainter one than my darkest I don’t do any more. I also usually test twice a day once I’m nearing my peak. Since yours look like you’re pretty much at peak, I would do another one or two tomorrow. You’re at your most fertile now so get down to it!
