How Much BD to have (Baby Dancing/plain SEX)

Sorry Guys but really want to know peoples advice around how much sex to have leading up to O. Can anyone help? there seems to be so many conflicting views! I am very tired tonight but feel i should be making the most of every opportunity this month! I am not showing up on OT's but I reckon I am about two days away from O.

Without becoming too obsessed that all you do is think about whether you should or not, I think every 2 days is ok, think they say it gives time for the sperm to rebuild or whatever - but given that there are millions of the little fellas around, I don't think it harms your chances to do it every day if the mood takes you. Best to save your energy and make it a good one you'll enjoy remembering rather than a "oh was it that crap one when we couldn't really be bothered that made DC?!!"

The general advice is every other day during your fertile period (bearing in mind you could OV later than you think) but if you can pinpoint OV then lots of sex in the 2 days prior to, and OV day is good - unless there is a medical reason why you shouldn't such as low sperm count.
