Blood test results bit unsure on results

I had my bloods done on day 23 of my cycle in Feb 2024 and bit unsure about the results gp has listed them all back as normal

TSH 23RD FEB 2024 3.28 MUL, I think this maybe too high to concvie but not sure how I can drop it as gp says its normal will they listen if i ask for medication to lower it?

Serum ferritin 23RD FEB 2024 40.7 UGL , I think this maybe to low not sure how i can higher this?

Serum progesterone: 23rd Feb 2024 9 DPO 46.8 nmol/L

Luteinising hormone: 23RD FEB 2024 9 DPO 3.6 IU/L Luteal: 1.0 - 11.4 not sure if my reading is good or bad here

Follicle stimulating hormone: 23RD FEB 2024 9 DPO 2.8 IU/L Luteal: 1.7 - 7.7 Again not sure if my reading is good or bad

I do have Polycystic ovaries apparently not pcos though
cycles range from 28 to 32 days and last 3 to 5 days, never not had a period, my periods can be painful, heavy and clotty

@worldwidetravel2017 Thank you i do eat a lot of beef to so thought this may have hired it, i like kale aswell, im not a big cereal eater as i dont like milk but i have asda red fruits with greek yoghurt
