Implantation bleed, late period, negative test

Anyone have any insight? I had a small bleed Sunday morning since then nothing, my period was due Mon but hasn't come. I'm testing negative. Currently 4 days late. I'm really worried because I had 3 miscarriages last year and I just want either my period or a normal pregnancy! I've never had late periods before.

Sometimes I get a bit of spotting before a period. Especially if it's late, it could just be that not an implantation bleed, the timing doesnt sound right for that. Sorry

Hi the bleed was about 11dpo (although I'm guessing my exact ovulation day) so would be right timing. I have 24 day cycles normally like clockwork. It wasn't like spotting (which I sometimes get too before AF). It was like one very quick, small fresh bleed. It was weird but I had exactly the same with my second miscarriage last year and lost the baby later on. I've had no spotting or anything since but all the AF/pregnancy symptoms like tiredness, headaches, sore boobs and bloating.

Just to update it had a late period. I got pregnant the following month but unfortunately lost the baby later on.
