So i’ve just ordered

  • Biocare Pregnancy Multivitamin (2 a day)
  • Folate 400mg extra
  • Ubiquinol 600mg a day
  • R-alpha Lipoic Acid 30 mins before eating
  • Vitamin E 200iu
  • Vitamin C 500mg
  • N-acetylcysteine 600mg
  • Vitamin D 4000iu (3000 extra)
  • Omega 3 500mg

After reading ‘its all about the egg’ book

Not sure I can see how & when to take them. Can i take them all together with, before or after food?

i don’t want to cause myself damage but want to do anything to help our next pregnancy be successful

thanks

Save your money and stick with a good quality prenatal. I took very supplement under the sun aimed at improving quality, was spending well over £200 a month before my ivf cycle. They still resulted in very poor quality embryos. Most of my eggs weren't suitable. I don't believe supplements helped one bit

The fertility gynae that I saw last year told me to just stick to folic acid and vitamin D but I am 4 years into being unsuccessful with not even a faint line so I’ve just added dhea, coq-10 and Angus Castus drops. I take them all at once with my breakfast every morning x
