Anyone due to ovulate around Valentine's Day?

My ovulation day is predicted the 14th, but not sign of EWCM just yet so may be a few days later.

Anyone want some company this cycle?

@AnnieStar12 well if ordered another kit to make sure I had enough in and now the new test is flashing which is more accurate with strips. Good luck hopefully this is your month xx

So I was meant to ovulate yesterday. I woke up in the middle of the night absolutely boiling but my BBT hasn't risen above baseline this morning so not sure what's happening 😢

@piechipsgravy you already had your peak on the OPK didn’t you, so surely that means you ovulated? is OPK more accurate than BBT?

@JadeA1993 glad the tests are now lining up!

@AnnieStar12 yeah I had a peak on Tuesday however that doesn't necessarily mean I've ovulated! I think my CM has also changed to thicker/creamier so hopefully temps will continue to rise and then ovulation can be confirmed 🤞🏻

DH hasn't felt well today so we haven't DTD, meaning we only managed Mon and Tues (suspected ovulation Wednesday). Really hope it was enough and we didn't miss it 😢

This is cycle #12 for us, trying to conceive our first after a miscarriage last year. Can see that some of you have also been trying for a while, so it would be good to have some company with those in a similar boat.

I got my peak today! First month ovulation testing, and it was weirdly exciting. We had sex today, yesterday, and the day before, hoping that's enough as my bf goes away tomorrow, so we won't be able to try again.

@piechipsgravy that sounds like you definitely covered most of the right days! Sperm can live for several days so fingers crossed they were waiting and ready.
@BussiBop23 that sounds like you have it covered! Ovulation testing is strangely satisfying when you get that blazing positive!

im a bit confused. It’s my first time using the premom app and when I put this evenings ovulation test in it’s saying it’s “low”. But honestly I feel this is positive!? Is the app reliable?

@Shortcake06 I'd definitely say that's positive too! I feel like the Premom numbers aren't super scientific- I'm trying just to use it more to see and compare the strips rather than relying on the numerical value.

@Shortcake06 I have used this app for a while and really like it - it will say high once over 0.8. But you can edit it if you find your peaks are low. My levels tend to rise quite fast so I reckon if you test again late tonight or first thing tomorrow it'll be high as your levels are clearly rising so you're defo surging right now! I find the test line goes visibly darker than the control when I'm at my peak.

@piechipsgravy it's always more important to get it in earlier so the sperm is ready and waiting!

So after starting this thread thinking I'd be ovulating on Tuesday, here I am on Friday with no sign of it!!

It could be late but I have had a few cycles in the past when I haven't ovulated at all.

Hopefully this is a lucky thread for the rest of you and I'm looking forward to seeing some line eye tests in the next two weeks!

now in tww. Had mc at beginning of the month. Was told can try straight away and so I tracked ovulation this time. Had negative test 5 days after mc I was 5+5 but dates should have been 8 weeks but didn’t progress well.

had some cramping last couple of days but trying not to symptom spot. Sending lots of luck to you.

@overthinkersanonnymus I'm also not sure what's happening with my ovulation this month! LH tests were all lining up with a Wednesday ovulation but my temps aren't what I'd expect to see if I'd ovulated... I've also woken up between 3-4am 3 nights in a row and yesterday woke up in a massive hot sweat- had to strip off and get on top of the covers but then temp had risen 0.02 this morning? So I have no idea what's going on with my cycle. Think I might need to step away from the tracking a bit as it's causing a lot of anxiety.

@AnnieStar12 you were so right about the peak. I think it’s fair to say this morning and today are my peak!
@overthinkersanonnymus @piechipsgravy im sorry it’s all been confusing. Sometimes tracking just stresses me out so much. We want to know what our bodies are up to and it’s all a mystery despite our best efforts. When I conceived before my miscarriage in the summer I was not trying that month. Did not have sex in what I thought was my fertile window. So you never know.

Here are my tests from today. Managed to pin down my husband last night and will hopefully do the same tonight. Hard when it has been a busy working week but he really doesn’t mind 😬😬

@overthinkersanonnymus if you’re feeling ovulation pain and are expecting ovulation around now then you’re most likely ovulating! I don’t know about others, but I don’t necessarily notice the ewcm every month. In fact I reckon most months I don’t notice it at all.

We have been trying for 2 years and the next cycle we start Letrozole but hoping it happens this month.

I'm officially 1dpo today so we'll see if no ewcm has made a difference. Im 18 months in to ttc now so im sure it won't make any difference whatsoever, but im treating this month like an experiment 😂

Are we all in to the TWW now, or are some of you still waiting for ovulation?

I didn't temp this morning so ovulation remains unconfirmed but I'm weirdly at peace with it- regardless I'm CD16 and my average cycle is 27 days so assuming I'm also in TWW! Thinking regardless of when AF is due I'll try and wait to test til 1st March.

Im either 2/3 DPO I haven't tracked using opks or BTT as this is my first month trying so didn't want to stress myself out straight away.

Been using Flo, Get Baby and pre mom apps to log my periods in for good few years i normally range 26 to 32 day cycles and ovulate between day 12 and day 18.

For this month we have been DTD every 3 days from the day my period ended would have liked to do every 1 to 2 days but hubby can only manage every 3 days this did land according to 1 app 2 days before ovulation and another app day of ovulation, we still carrying on with DTD every 4 days for the rest of this month though just in case ovulation was late.

We did have a fertility health check done last year sperm was fine and my bloods and scans came back fine aswell.

14th Feb i did have possible ovulation pains on my left side all day around where my ovaries are and also my hip join pains carried on until lunchtime on 15th Feb, my Discharge though sorry Tmi wasn't Egg white and was just supper wet so been using pre seed lube last few times we been DTD.

Today im having light belly cramps and constipation and also a tender sore throat and feeling like my ears are blocked but maybe a cold coming who knows?

I had my positive yesterday morning.
Managed to have sex Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I’m knackered 😂
Fingers crossed now is our time, I was really hoping to be pregnant before the due date of the pregnancy I lost.

Initially wasn't tracking this month but then caved and did some opk's, we covered cd6 up to 14..dtd every other day. Best attempt yet so I'm a little hopeful 🙏 x good luck everyone

Im now 3DPO.

I'm usually an obsessive tester and start testing from like 6DPO, but I haven’t brought any this month (yet!). Im gonna see if I can just wait until 1/2 days before my period is due. I know I’ll probably cave, but I’m gonna see if I can save myself the stress of staring at tests hoping if I squint I’ll see a faint line, lol!
