Sperm meets egg plan and clear blue ovulation sticks

Hi, I'm trying to follow the sperm meets egg plan for the first time this month.

The plan says to have sex every other day from day 8 until I get a positive OPK, then every day for three days.

I'm using clear blue ovulation digital ovulation stick - can anyone tell me if positive OPK is when I get the flashing smiley (which I have got today) or when I get the flashing smiley?

I did! But on the one month we stopped following the plan as we were trying to avoid a Christmas baby... well he was born a few days ago 😅 good luck xx
