I have been trying to conceive for about 5 months, I’m 25 and have recently lost 6 stones. Me and my partner are taking pre natal, well man conception for him, macca root, Ashaganda. This is my first month using clear blue ovulation monitor which I have found amazing and I got my peak really sudden from low fertility to peak from morning to afternoon, we dtd day before the peak, day of the peak, and two days after. We are also using conceive plus lubricant. I’m praying this is my month, I just want someone to reassure me I’ve done all I can do. I’m finding this journey so difficult and stressful

5 months is really nothing to worry about. Don't put too much pressure on it- enjoy yourselves as a couple, make plans, have fun, don't stop your life waiting for it. Don't get too into books and online stuff, there's a lot of rubbish and honestly it's mostly down to chance. It's very normal to take a year.
