Twin pregnancy no symptoms

Hi I’m currently 7 weeks 3 days and had a scan last week at 6 weeks 2 days and seen 2 healthy heartbeats. But since I turned 7 weeks my symptoms have basically gone and I can’t help but feel something is wrong. I have no bleeding or pain but the odd brown spotting. Have a scan tomorrow but really worried. Anyone in similar situation?

Oh yey!!! I'm so happy for you. I'm currently 10 weeks with twins also and have also had brown spotting since a couple of days so worried. Having a scan tomorrow so keeping all my fingers crossed. Hoping for the best since we had a scan at 7 weeks and there were two heartbeats. It's really encouraging to see everything has gone well for you!
