What is better to take - ibuprofen or co codamol? I don’t want to do anything that might affect potential implantation?

I took both cocodamol and ibruprofen when I was in the early stages of pregnancy (without knowing) and everything was okay. If you’re worried you could ask a pharmacist and see what they suggest.

I keep reading that ibuprofen can affect implantation so maybe I’m better to stick to cocodamol I just don’t want to take the wrong thing and ruin my chances this month

Don’t take ibuprofen. It thins the blood which is the last thing you want during implantation and early pregnancy.
I personally would stick with paracetamol every 4 hours. It’s perfectly safe and during pregnancy.
