Confused by OPKs results. Have I ovulated?!

First month TTC and I’m clueless..

I got my Mirena removed end of Dec and I’ve been using OPKs to try and understand my cycle better. I didn’t have periods or any other symptoms of a cycle while on the Mirena so no idea what my ‘normal’ is!

I’ve been testing with OPKs daily but I’m now at day 19 and I haven’t picked up a high peak. However there is an obvious trend of LH going up around days 10/11/12 so I’m wondering if I ovulated then? I did have EWCM then, and it’s now more white/creamy.

Would really appreciate any help interpreting my OPK results 🙏

@TTCbb1 if you can afford it, I would seriously consider the clear blue digitals. For someone that is just starting out it makes things so much easier as it reads the tests for you & gives you a smiley face 👌🏼

I think you ovulated around day 12-13. My peaks looked like that when I was testing.
I was able to tell when I was about to ovulate from feeling wet when wiping for about 1.5 days. I used that as an indication to DTD and it worked.

Thanks @Olika that’s useful to know. I’d been assuming that I’d need a result >1 at first, but am now thinking that probably was my peak. Luckily we DTD even though Premom said I wasn’t in my fertile window yet

I had my mirena out jan last year, used the same tests as you. Helps to take the pic in the same place with the same lighting every day. It took 5 weeks for after removal until I ovulated, caught that first cycle and she’s now 11 weeks old. So you just might not have ovulated yet, it can take a while for things to settle once it’s removed.
