Fertility blood test results

Been to see my GP as been trying to conceive for 18months. Being referred to the fertility clinic and had some bloods taken on day 3 of my new cycle. My bloods are back. Could anyone shed some light on what they may mean

Looks like it's all in normal range.

From memory most NHS trusts won't provide IVF services if FSH is higher than 9 u/l so it seems a bit on the high end. Will they test AMH? Low AMH and high FSH would be a sign of low ovarian reserve so I would push to get AMH tested next. Sorry for bringing such news though :/
