6 dpo low left side stitch pain any bfp success stories?

I’m 6 dpo and have woken up with left low stitch like pain above hip bone on the side. Lasted 4 hours now seems to have gone and popping like feeling too. Anyone have this that lead to bfp? I’m 7 month TTC and really hope this is my month of bfp! I will update if it is but just want to know if anyone felt the same. Also a bit constipated today and had some creamy white cm but I’m not going by my Cm as I had had months where I’ve had loads and have had bfn.

Experienced this pregnant and also when not pregnant. Unfortunately there's no escaping 2WW.

i took pain relief last night as the stitch stabbing feeling got quite bad on my left low side. This morning it’s moved to low middle full achy pain milder. And feel a bit like period is due but it’s not due for another 9 days. I generally have a space of 14 days from ovulation to my period bleed happening
