Posted on another thread but I have fully decided I've had a chemical pregnancy so not holding out anymore hope.
Tested postive Friday and postive ish yesterday but this morning negative. Have frep coming today so will try those but not holding out much hope.
According to my flo app I got my first postive at 6 weeks exact which is odd... now 6 weeks +3 days late on my period.

Is this still a chemical pregnancy?
Do I need to go to the docs?
When will I get my period?

Driving myself mad and totally upset by the uncertainty :(

@Fingerscrossed88
Sorry you’re going through this anxiety. I hope you aren’t having a chemical. But if it is here is my experience.

I had three chemical pregnancies in 2023 three months in the a row. My period was only a couple of days late but it was hard waiting for it seeing my test lines fade. I did find ovulation a bit delayed in the next month. If it is a chemical I suspect your period will start in the next few days. I didn’t contact my doctor until the third chemical so that I could have them put on my medical record to enable testing for my next pregnancy. It’s up to you if you wish to speak to your doctor and I would if your period doesn’t start in a week or so personally.

I am currently nearly 35 weeks pregnant now with my rainbow baby.

sending you hugs ♥️

@Ttcsecond huge congratulations to you, so happy for you ❤️💖💗

Really appericate the reply, its useful to hear your story. Been having dull cramps in my back which I never normally do since the BFP on Friday. So maybe that's a sign AF is going to come now the negative today.
So badly want an answer, agree the doc is a good idea if none the wiser soon.
Thank you xxx

I had a chemical pregnancy and got pregnant off the back of it. I remember my husband telling me it could be my bodies way of getting ready to be pregnant. Didn’t help much at the time but exactly 3 weeks and 6 days after the chemical pregnancy I got my positive and I’m currently lying beside my 7 month old munchkin.

It’s a horrible thing to go through. Be kind to yourself and don’t give up. You’re in my thoughts and best wishes x

I got my period a week later
If I didn't test when my period was due I wouldn't ever have known I was pregnant
I wouldn't call 6 weeks a chemical
That's a miscarriage
Take it easy ❤️

Thank you @sunshinestar1986 I just thought if it was a miscarriage and not chemical i would be bleeding?
Waiting for a GP app so hopefully find out soon
