I hope i’m in the right place:
So i’ve had 2 implants in my life time and i’m 22 both of them caused my periods to completely stop (which i know is normal for some) but before that my periods were really heavy. My second i’m implant was in my arm for 11 month after the expiration date (my fault) but 4 days before i had the implant removed i was experiencing deep abdominal pain and then i went to the toilet and a fountain of blood came out (very dark/brown, with loads of blood clots) i went really light headed and i had pain for about 2/3 hours after but then it stopped (didn’t think anything of it) until i thought it could of been a unaware miscarriage?! But now ive been “on my period” for 15 days straight now? is this normal? When having sex with my partner it makes the blood heavier and darker?

Because you haven't had period for so long it means endometrial lining (I.e the lining of uterus) is thicker than usual. Resulting in very heavy and prolonged periods.

Doesn't happen to everyone but can happen to some.

If its heavy to the point you're feeling faint or sick etc, then it's worth speaking to your doctor or going to a sexual health clinic.
